We're all a little mad here!

Even at the grand old age of 27 I still have a penchant for all things Alice in Wonderland. From the background history into why and how it was written, with Lewis Carroll apparently off his head on drugs throughout, up to the present day movie remake (Johnny Depp as the Hatter.Perfect.) the quirkyness of it all is something that really draws me in.

Anyway my Mum being as brilliant and thoughtful as she is picked me up some Jewellery from the range at The House of Fraser, and I am so in love with it that I thought I would share...

Obviously I wont be overkilling the theme and throwing them all on together but individually I heart each piece, the key bracelet being my favourite although I lost the little 'made with care in Wonderland charm' that was hanging from it I'm sure it's somewhere in my overgrown jungle of a back garden *sad face*

Anyhooo I hope you are all having a good weekend, me and the boyfriend are off to see the last Harry Potter tonight, for once I'm chuffed that my memory is like a sieve and I've forgotten the ending from the book.

This is my idea of the perfect space for blogging, Im sure I would be the most chilled out girl in the world if I had a room Just like this! I did randomly bump into a really lovely psychic while shopping the other week who told me that I would be moving house,hopefully the new home will have a room like this :)

Have an Alice in Wonderland themed fancy dress party...

I plan to do this for my Birthday which is in July,I have found the perfect girl Mad Hatter costume and now can't actually wait to turn 27 and have a very merry unbirthday!

I really love Alice in wonderland, I love the use of symbolism and philosophies throughout that make it such an amazing adaptable classic.I was so gutted that I missed out on the Urban Decay book of shadows,if anyone sees one in a blogsale please let me know.

I have got my Son on board for Vegas after showing him loads of the cool hotels,he is now as desperate as me to go and wants to go to ceasers palace (he's into the Romans at the minute)

Finally I want to go and be in the audience at Celebrity juice, but that's actually happening 2 weeks from today,thanks to my amazing Best friend Tracie and her Boyfriend Dave,who snapped up 4 tickets and asked me and my boyfriend to go along eeeeeeek,very excited about it,I couldn't keep it in :))

Bad influence Beauty Bloggers

I wasn't planning on doing a post today due to being slightly hungover and full of greasy food and mini eggs!!!

I've been desperate for this for a while,but seeing Charlotte @ lipglossing's breathtakingly stunning pictures of the Alice palette,the lust has been well and truly rekindled!!

If anyone knows where i can get this from without forking out nearly £100 on ebay I would be massively grateful!! x

I'm really loving these especially the fact that there are 9 shades,each of which has a man's name and a l'il man in it's lid CUTE AS HELL!!!!!!!!!!! I'm rather fond of James and Kirk,and wondering if they might be named after the guy's from Metallica!? 

There is also one named Timothy,which is my Dad's name so i might get it my Mum for Mothers day.

Ok I'm gonna stop now,I dont want to appear too greedy!
